A professional hospitalityarian (if that were actually a word!) - having a “concern or belief” in all thing’s hospitality related. The founder and owner of Inntegra since its inception in 2015. Jade has a plethora of learnt experience across the past 30 years plus, from Operations Director, Group Operations Manager, Client Services & Compliance Manger and more recently at key hospitality trade bodies including the ALMR, Association of Licenced Multiple Retailers (now UK Hospitality) and The Institute of Licensing. The scope of Jade’s experience means that there are not many key stake holders within the hospitality sector that Jade does not know, she prides herself on her vibrant and creative personality which is born from the buzz of an industry that keeps her highly motivated and involved. Jade truly understands the challenges businesses face, offering advice around how to differentiate yourself to stand out from the “crowd” and how to retain and grow existing customers whilst building the new customer base to secure YOUR business future.
My passions in life are reflected in my career so for some 40 years its been events, publishing, expensive shoes, football but through it all has centred firmly around hospitality. I simply love eating and drinking out and having fun so how absolutely blessed to work in a sector that has drive, ambition and an attitude like a chameleon to be able to move with customer demands and trends. My aim is to bring operators and suppliers together to forge good quality, loyal and lasting business partnerships. Nothing compares to running an event packed full of business building content whilst witnessing products and business owners connect. If I have any downtime you will find me in a pub, bar, restaurant or axe-throwing!!!!
With a wide experience of exhibitions and conferences for both Home Leisure Direct and his freelancing business Nerds Retreat, Cieran is well versed in creating both online and printed materials to make businesses stand out. You can see his printed and branding works at MCM Expos, Insomnia Festivals, Competitive Socialising shows and many more. Cieran has a particular aptitude for branding. He is able to listen to the full depth of an event idea or a business's ideals and breathe life into it with a full series of branding elements: from designing the logo, its surrounding theming and all followup online and printed materials. He also has an aptitude for web design, with a focus on creating a more intuitive and wow-worthy user experience. He even built this website!
Alongside his work with Inntegra, Neil is the current Managing Director of Polaris Elements and the Founder of Menu Connect. With over 25 years in the hospitality industry, this entrepreneur is highly respected in his expertise and understanding of the sector. Neil is a highly experienced business advisor, industry investor and technical expert. Neil brings Inntegra strategic direction, an independent oversight and advice on current challenges within the hospitality sector.
The guy who wanted to make himself a cool avatar on his social page, and ended up becoming a photographer and then a videographer.With over 9 years of experience and over 200 weddings and events done I can say with confidence that your event will be captured exactly the way you want. Andy’s background is from the high street retail sector, holding senior roles at Dixons Stores Group and as a Director at Phones 4u before moving onto founding the Competitive Socialising business Home Leisure Direct. Andy founded Home Leisure Direct with his wife, Michelle, back in 2007. The company has scaled quickly to become the largest specialist games room retailer in the UK, also becoming the dominant player in the competitive socialising hospitality market. They provide cutting edge products to the hospitality industry, featuring contactless payments, augmented reality darts, interactive shuffleboard and many other innovative products. Home Leisure Direct have won over 20 national awards, they supply the pool tables to the live tournaments on Sky TV and count 100s of celebrity and sporting customers, as well as the UK’s largest firms, amongst their client roster.
No business partner collaborative would of course be complete without the obligatory agency hound; This is Clarice Starling! Who is of no use to you what so ever unless you have any out of date biscuits. She can’t write a press release but does like going to the pub if you have any spare sacks. Usually found in water (if there is any) or leaping around like a lunatic.
